Every recommendation starts with rejection.
Tendor scores candidates against a deterministic rubric weighing landed cost, delivery fit, requirement match, trust, and evidence quality. Anything that doesn't clear the request's mandatory constraints is rejected, with the specific reason recorded.

Living Verdict
The verdict doesn't stop watching once it's published.
A published verdict is stored, monitored, and re-evaluated as supplier conditions change. Tendor checks price, delivery, availability, and trust signals against the original decision on an ongoing basis.

- Every verdict has a monitoring status and a next scheduled validation time, visible on the verdict itself.
- Reaffirm or downgrade
- Minor drift reaffirms the decision. Material drift downgrades it, with the specific changed field shown before and after.
- Full decision history
- Every verdict version is kept in a timeline, so a downgrade or reversal is never a surprise without a paper trail.
Reversal
When the market moves, the verdict moves with it.
If a re-evaluation finds a different supplier now better satisfies the request, Tendor reverses the verdict. The previous recommendation, the changed condition, and the reasoning for the switch are all shown side by side.

- The specific field that triggered the reversal is shown with its old and new value.
